Information collected when you apply for a position in Westcourt hotel, When you apply for a job through third party websites, by handing in directly CV’s or emailing to the company your CV, we may collect this information and should you be successful we will contact you and offer you and interview, if you are not successful at that time, we will hold onto your CV for 6 weeks after the position is filled and then destroy all CVs in our possession after such time. Any future positions/vacancies will need to be reapplied for as they arise. Emails sent in at random will be deleted.
Any other personal Data received, when taking up a position in the Westcourt hotel, such as but not limited to, name, date of birth, address, PPS number, email address, bank details and emergency contact details will be retained but this Personal Data will not be retained for any longer than necessary for the purpose of performing the processing outline in this private policy.
